Any financing discussed in the course of a mandate is subject to third-party underwriting, approvals, availability, and applicable law; The Sarpal Group does not guarantee funding and does not act as a registered dealer or adviser.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, its text, design, marks, and the Sarpal Group monogram are the property of The Sarpal Group Inc. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. Any other use requires written permission. Marks of affiliated platforms belong to those platforms.
