Accessibility
Last updated · September 2026
The Sarpal Group is committed to a Site that can be used by everyone. This Site is designed and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have built in
- Semantic structure with one main heading per page, landmarks, and a skip link.
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus states, including the navigation, forms, and dialogs.
- Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA on every text and interface combination, with no information conveyed by colour alone.
- Reduced-motion support: animation is minimized or removed when your system requests it.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form labels, instructions, error summaries, and status messages announced to screen readers.
- Minimum touch-target sizes and layouts that work at 200% zoom and on small screens.
- External links that identify themselves as opening a new tab.
Known limitations
Some affiliated platform sites linked from this Site are maintained separately and may not meet the same standard. Documents supplied during a mandate may be provided in formats that require an alternative on request.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier, or need content in another format, write to info@thesarpalgroup.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We aim to respond promptly and to fix confirmed issues in the next release of the Site.
